Classes

Access over 250 workout classes primarily designed for strength training at the gym, as well as for home and outdoor workouts. The classes feature instructional videos to guide you through exercises and ensure proper form. Designed by certified instructors, the classes cover a range of categories like Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, High-Intensity Training, and Meditation. You can choose from short or long classes. Actic Anywhere updates regularly with new classes.

Programs

Actic Anywhere also offers various workout programs with new additions frequently. Each program consists of several classes aimed at achieving specific fitness goals. You can schedule when to complete the program's classes. The programs last for several weeks to help maintain workout discipline and reach the program's specific goal.
