You can plan and track all your workouts, access over 280 online classes in Actic Anywhere, book group workout sessions, manage your membership, and stay updated on news from Actic - all directly on your phone. Track Your Workouts
The app includes a workout log where you can schedule workouts, create custom routines, track progress, and view statistics. By connecting your personal fitness watch or other equipment to the app, you can easily monitor your fitness journey comprehensively. You can also follow, get inspired by, and support your friends' workouts directly in the app. Actic makes it easy and enjoyable for you to evolve and find inspiration in your workouts. Classes
Access over 250 workout classes primarily designed for strength training at the gym, as well as for home and outdoor workouts. The classes feature instructional videos to guide you through exercises and ensure proper form. Designed by certified instructors, the classes cover a range of categories like Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, High-Intensity Training, and Meditation. You can choose from short or long classes. Actic Anywhere updates regularly with new classes.

Programs
Actic Anywhere also offers various workout programs with new additions frequently. Each program consists of several classes aimed at achieving specific fitness goals. You can schedule when to complete the program's classes. The programs last for several weeks to help maintain workout discipline and reach the program's specific goal. Challenge a friend by inviting them to join the same program.

Bootcamps
During certain periods, Bootcamps are available in the app. Bootcamps start at specific times and run for several weeks under the guidance of a coach throughout the period. Gather some friends or colleagues for a fun challenge together.

Group Workouts
If you can't make it to the gym for a group workout session, the app allows you to do Actic Anywhere's group workouts at your convenience. Featuring filmed sessions guiding you through exercises, these varied categories of workouts are regularly updated. This equipment-free group training is excellent for home workouts.

Online Personal Training (PT)
If you desire a personal trainer but can't always make it to the gym, the app offers online personal training services. Your personal trainer will coach you, provide tailored workouts to challenge yourself, achieve your goals, and find joy in exercising.
